I never weigh however I do measure. So if you have a hard time with hopping on a scale do what I do. Besides scales to me are misleading. It's how my clothes fit and can I breath when I'm tying my shoes that count. Right!

OK Everybody! Everybody I know is doing the Zumba Dance thing but I am so glad I choose Joyce Vedral instead!

I have worked out everyday either upper body or lower body or I do both.
Example:
Day 1: Upper Body
Day 2: Lower Body
Day 3: Upper and Lower Body
Day 4: Upper Body
Day 5: Lower Body
Etc.  And when I want to take a brake I walk for aerobics


I have only been doing this for less than a month and I already am fitting in my clothes better.  I have energy within the cells of ny body and the aches and pains I normally have are going away.  IN JUST A SHORT TIME!


And the best part is.  I don't feel like I'm killing myself to get into shape.


One thing I have started doing which I really like is interchanging the current DVD workouts I have.  Because the cougar workout is two days with repeats if I feel I need a challenge then I change my workout to Joyce's Complete Fat burning Weight training Series which is also 2 days with workout with the bathing suit workout which is totally separate.  
My shoulders are much stronger and today I will take measurements and share with ya'll because I know a lot of you would like to see visual progress.  I will be taking measurements of my
chest, waist, hips, thighs (above the knee) and  calves.  So be looking for that tomorrow.


Well it's been a good day today for me.  I did my upper body in the Complete Weight Lifting/Fat burning DVD and tomorrow I will be doing the lower body. Talk soon, Monianne
