We always love when my mom comes to visit. Now I know what your thinking," She didn't workout because mom came to visit." And you would be right. So I did not finish Joyce's 2ND day for lower body in her the complete weight training workout. BUT do not fear, I did do cardio by walking 3 miles throughout her visit. Which is better than nothing.
I have come to the conclusion that even though I absolutely love my mom completely, but when she comes to visit I have to start changing my frame of mind. I must start saying,"Ok mom I have to do my exercises now. I'll be through shortly." AND she loves sweets. She found out that the Hostess company is going out of business (who knew) so she walked through the front door with, can you guess? A big box of Hostess cupcakes! GRRRR! IT was very hard to resist. That being said, I am going to be more assertive with myself in the future when any relatives come to visit. This is my health I'm thinking of and I have to stay on tract no matter what. So in the future I am going to do just that, stay focused. And who knows maybe she will jump on the Joyce Vedral bandwagon.
Well I will get back with ya'll and let you know what direction I take from here. Definitely the lower body workout for sure.

I told everyone that I would put up my measurements to show the difference before, during and after....well as the post above says MOM came to visit...nobody in their right mind would measure in front of their mom so I waited to do so. I will post them shortly. Hugs Monianne
