I just completed Cycles 1 and 2 of Joyce's fast forward DVD and I'm shaking! Which is a good thing! Today I am moving my weights up to 5, 8, and 10lb.'s and I'm so excited. I am going to do this routine for the next 6 weeks and then re-evaluate in order to shock my body into loosing more fat. I believe by then I will have made great strides with my overall health.

Cycles 1 and 2 works your upper and middle body.

ReplyDeleteToday I did cycle 3 and the Gut, Love Handle, Pooch busters, routine.
ReplyDeleteMy mid-morning snack is a banana and water, plus some coffee.
ReplyDeleteAt noon I will broil veggies. And have a tortilla.
My afternoon snack at 3pm will be a pear
and I will eat again at 5 with my broiled veggies again with of course water.
After that I will only have drinks such as water with lemon, herbal teas.
