I feel great today. I just completed the cougar workout today working my back and lower body.
I had the option of doing my lower body (butt/thighs) tomorrow but felt I could make it through. I did the first set then rested the second and finished the third set.
I can feel it in my lower abdominal which is exactly what I'm looking for. I know by being able to feel it afterwards I'm doing something right. Tomorrow I will do the upper body again. Until then..see ya!
Here's a tip Joyce gave me through reading her work. When I am taking a day off from a weight training DVD, then I go walk. She encourages cardio workouts as well. And walking is a great way to do that. So Come Monday I will go walking unless its raining and then I will use a DVD workout. More on this in a future post. Hugs Monianne
